Join us for 30-Minute Dance Fitness, a fun and energizing class designed for all fitness levels!  This high-energy session combines easy-to-follow dance moves with heart-pumping music to keep you motivated!  Weather you're looking to boost your cardio, build strength, or just let loose and enjoy great tunes, this class is the perfect way to get moving.  

No dance experience? No problem!
